If you are like me, you probably receive stock notices and daily emails from investor relations companies and others trying to pump up their holdings or someone else’s holdings in a particular company.

Though I see nothing wrong with getting your company noticed by some investors for the sake of financing, there are many who would prefer to take their investment dollars and put it where it will actually benefit them, not some day trader.

So I wanted a way to review these stock tips, urgent buy notices, and the "get on board" newsletters I receive daily. Though some companies do well for a short time, they traditionally fall flat on their faces within weeks or several months.

This is why MicroStockReview was created. Like many of you, I take time out of my day to investigate some of these stocks. Many are not really worth looking into, but some have at least some potential of being something more than just a micro-stock.
